Publisher Desc.  "Southern Cross Parade" is a terrific new march to include in your beginner bands' first concert this year. It was written for Our Lady of the Southern Cross school concert band as a teaching tool to reinforce early band concepts. This piece uses limited range and rhythmic notations, so is very accessible by your beginning students. It is a fact that not all schools have a full concert band instrumentation. With this in mind, "Southern Cross Parade" has been written to be playable by full concert band as well as by smaller ensembles.
