Publisher Desc.  "Spring," is an adventurous selection. The opening measures are a prologue to the journey to come and then jumps right into the first andante section. Once the tempo changes the warm and sometimes triumphant melody is tossed between sections of instruments with the completion of each phrase. Complex rhythms in certain sections and the range of notes are the challenging parts of this piece, along with the pushing rhythmic section of staccato notes which is tossed around the sections of instruments throughout the faster-paced sections of this piece.
