Publisher Desc.  Frantisek Kmoch (1848-1912) was a Czech composer and conductor. He composed numerous marches and folk songs and is sometimes known as the "Czech March King." This march "Green Groves" takes its name from one of the trio melodies; a folk song also composed by Kmoch.
