You Raise Me Up

Teena Chinn has done a marvelous job with this off-the-record arrangement as recorded by Josh Groban, and performed by him for the 2004 Superbowl. It has an expressive lyric that speaks to everyone. "When I am down, and oh, my soul, so weary, when troubles come and my heart burdened be, then I am still and wait here in the silence until you come and sit a while with me. You raise me up so I can stand on mountains..." This will inspire your students to sing their very best!  (Optional parts for bass, guitar, drums and violin solo are included in the choral score.)
