The Beauty of This Sacred Place

With an original text by Marilyn Biery, this setting of the Southern Harmony tune, PROSPECT, is a beautiful festival concertato for SATB voices with organ and optional brass quartet, timpani, and congregation. The choral texture varies by stanza, with much of it unison, two-part mixed, or SAB. The congregation may join on the fifth and final stanza, which features a soprano descant.
