Sweet Petite Winter Suite

This short four-movement suite pays homage to the composer's favorite winter treats! A delightful, spritely opening depicts Candy Canes before moving into a heartwarming lyric movement to portray Hot Chocolate. The playful Peppermint Bark third movement has a dance-like quality with mixed meter (4/4 and 3/4). The final movement runs as fast as it can, depicting the Gingerbread Man chased by a slew of holiday carols.
