Bill Potts composed this burnin' swing chart for the Buddy Rich Big Band and it cooks! It was recorded on their album The New One. It kicks off with an open rhythm section vamp up front, followed by tight melodic statements and horn kicks throughout. The solo space is for tenor sax, trombone, alto sax, and brief drum fills.
