"The Four Seasons" was written as a set of four violin concerti in 1723, and is Vivaldi's best-known work. Spring is presented here in a medium-easy arrangement which provides optional opportunities for small ensembles and solos within the orchestra. The first violin (or soloist) has a brief passage using 3rd and 4th position. This arrangement is a great opportunity to gain experience playing in the Baroque style.
