Play It Cool

Very cool, and very hip!  You don't find many cool jazz charts that work at this level, but this one sure does!  Its modal jazz style a la Miles Davis is perfect for introducing this important concept to young jazzers and your trumpets get to put their mutes to use too.  Tight ensemble scoring throughout and excellent suggestions for improv found in the score will bring out the best in your band.
