Nightly Dreams

Nightly Dreams is a mysterious and majestic piece that tells a story of a hero's journey to greatness in a thoughtful and pensive manner. The piece starts softly and mysteriously with subtle guitar harmonics, creating a sense of arising from a peaceful dream. This intro is repeated 4 times, and could be longer with more ad lib around the different harmonics. The harmonics used throughout are the 2nd partial harmonics, but please feel free to play around with different harmonics if more players are available. The piece is written in a familiar intro, verse, chorus structure with a short quiet outro. There are 5 parts (acoustic guitars and acoustic bass), but the piece would definitely benefit from more players on each part, especially on parts with harmonics to help that come through.
