This vibrant set of 48 posters covers 24 of our most well-known male and female jazz musicians. Perfect for use during Jazz Appreciation Month, or for teaching about black history and female representation in jazz. There are many ways to utilize this poster set: use them as part of a bulletin board; reference wall; for centers activities; even handouts.
Each musician has two posters associated with him or her: a Title Page, which includes the name and a graphic of the musician, and a Fact Page, which includes biographical information and dates, associated genres, and titles of the works for which the musician is best known. The Fact Page also comes in a handout version with a placeholder for a student's name. A fact sheet with blanks for students to complete is also included. With all options, this set includes over 70 pages!
