It's Easter!

Centered around the good news of God's love and grace, shown to us through Christ's death and resurrection, It's Easter! is an easy-to-sing and stage musical designed to be used in a variety of ways throughout the Lenten season through Easter Sunday. Three hymns arranged by Steven B. Taylor especially for children (When I Survey the Wondrous Cross; Nothing but the Blood and Amazing Grace) tell the story of Christ's sacrifice for us, and can be sung by any children's choir or group on the Sundays leading up to Easter. The title song, written by Pam Andrews, provides the perfect children's contribution to any Easter service celebration. Or, the entire musical can be presented in a 15-minute presentation on Easter. Scripture verses offered in a reader's theater style provide a simple, but clear and effective means of pulling together these wonderful songs.
