Funk Infusion

Bringing the driving rhythms and mellow groove both associated with funk music, this composition fuses them together creating the best of both words. Distinct sections displaying both funk styles are presented in a challenging, yet playable, fashion. �Written for eight or nine performers and the following instrumentation: bells, xylophone, vibraphone, marimba 1 & 2 (both parts can be played together with a low A marimba), drumset, congas, cowbell, shaker, tambourine and triangle. Optional bass part also included. For the more mature percussion ensemble.
