Written as a follow-up to the widely popular Acidic, this work adds more cinematic flair while remaining accessible to young string orchestras. The introduction features a clever ostinato pattern which then acts as an accompaniment to a dark and intense theme in the low strings. Dynamics, accents, and rhythmic excitement combined with major second dissonances and suspensions round out this certain concert favorite!
