Weep No More, for He is Risen!
Publisher Desc.
I wrote this piece as a feature for a young, but very talented cellist at First Lutheran Church. It is designed to be the connective tissue between the sorrowful nature of Good Friday and the excited happiness of Easter morning! It tells of the opening of the grave and the realization that He is Risen! The choral parts are set as more of a duet/accompaniment to the cello, rather than the central focus, so make sure the cello is the star in this wonderful feature. There are also transpositions of the solo part for Violin and Viola included.
