Publisher Desc.  Mystic Pearl is a duet for Bassoon and Contrabassoon accompanied by a string orchestra arranged for Clarinet and Bass Clarinet. A string quintet may also be used. A reduced organ score is included and may be used instead of strings. The name Mystic Pearl is inspired by a crayon color with the same name. Mystic Pearl is a pearlescent pink that is invoked in the colors of the piece.
