This choral work attempts to summarize the return of Jesus as presented in the book of Revelation. It emphasizes His coming as judge, healer, heavenly bridegroom and reigning king. It shares some of the text (and the key of D major) with Handel's wonderful "Hallelujah Chorus" and I freely acknowledge the debt of inspiration.
