A fantasia based on the sturdy American tune, WONDROUS LOVE, originally found in William Walker's Southern Harmony from 1835. The piece begins with flowing triplet passages in the manuals with the melody in the pedal, moves through expressive passages with the melody moving through different registers and tonalities, and concludes as it began with the flowing passages. Originally published in the collection Let All That Hath Breath, an organ volume in honor of the Association of Anglican Musicians 50th anniversary.
