Publisher Desc.  This is excellent solo for tuba and band with a technically challenging solo part. The work was commissioned by the New Holland (Pa) Band as a Memorial to William "Bill" Weaver, a life long member of the band. The opening Elegy uses a theme inspired by Wagner. The March is a dedication to "Bill's" strong love of band marches.
