Bo na Leathadhairce
A cappella
Translated as "The One-Horned Cow," this is a playful song learned by many Irish children in school. With origins in the southwest coast of Ireland, the one-horned cow is a metaphor for a poitin still (an Irish home-brewed moonshine). The lyrics become more peculiar as the song unfolds, perhaps reflecting the increased level of disorientation of the singer!
