Publisher Desc.  Composed in 2022, 'Away from Home' was written for a small wind band to honour service personnel that are deployed during Christmas. The music mirrors the loneliness of those left behind, the responsibility of those deployed and the need to embrace loneliness as a strength not a weakness.
