From both an educational and performance viewpoint, here is a quality chart at the very easy grade level.  The style is swing; the first chorus uses three notes of the F blues scale, and each successive chorus adds one more note of the scale.  In the rhythm section, each part begins as simply as possible, and each chorus adds one new component to each of the parts.  This compositional and educational technique also builds the chart in intensity as it progresses.  If you are looking for the perfect chart to teach the F blues, this is the answer.  It's also playable with less than full instrumentation.  Highly recommended!
