The two most commonly heard tunes for James Montgomery's carol are Henry Smart's REGENT SQUARE and the traditional French melody GLORIA (IRIS). They are combined in this triumphant setting that will create a joyous prelude or call to worship at Christmas celebrations.  Even more effective as a processional with choir or congregation.
