Publisher Desc.  A version of this arrangement was played by the Tarleton State University Tuba and Euphonium ensemble at the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) in February of 2024. The arrangement is grade 4. Treble clef euphonium parts are included. Floyd Richmond is the Music Area Coordinator for Tarleton State University where he teaches tuba and heads the Music Business program. He studied tuba with Harvey Phillips and Barton Cummings.
