Commissioned as a memorial to the founder of a community band, this work is written in two parts: the opening section is inspired by the wonderful melodies of so many hymns, and includes important parts for the bells, chimes, and euphonium; the second half of the piece is a march, again featuring euphonium and bells with some trumpet fanfares. A beautiful tribute that will make a great addition to any concert or contest.
