Publisher Desc.  This tune was written for the Cazenovia (NY) High School Jazz Ensemble Ms. Kathleen DiNardo Director. Alternating samba and swing sections, both modally based, make the tune fun and accessible for young improvisers. Four auxiliary percussion parts add to the samba flavor. Room for improvisation is built in for the 2nd trumpet. Audience and performers will love the catchy melody, the samba flavor and the unique stylistic contrasts.
