Using the translated poems of Chinese women poets from the 3rd century through the 20th century,  the soprano and oboe weave a story of love, death, life, and what we hold close to our hearts. Commissioned by Dr. Amy Yeung of the University of Tennessee-Martin and premiered in March 2018.
