Publisher Desc.  I Know I've Been Changed is a traditional spiritual, set for Jazz Ensemble. This piece was arranged in honor of Chris Rose, guitar instructor for UVA Wise and Mountain Empire Community College in the Southwest Virginia area. Chris was our friend and knew no strangers in life, and brought smiles to faces with his amazing guitar playing and amazing attitude towards life. This jazz ensemble arrangement of one of his favorite tunes to play with his praise band has a lead vocal line, and an optional choir part. Directors are encouraged to have as many soloists as possible during the solo section. This arrangement is suited well for an advanced high school jazz group or a college group. This arrangement has also been written for the UVA Wise Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Dr. Donald Sorah.
