Publisher Desc.  I was introduced to Scott Joplin's ragtime by my piano instructor. I fell in love with Joplin's rags and became steeped in his style of music. Although I learned many of his rags, I found them quite challenging to play. Later, when I started composing, I decided I'd write good ragtime pieces that were accessible to intermediate level players like myself. I hope I have achieved this goal and that you enjoy playing my ragtime piano pieces.
