This is so good, it deserves to be sung by choirs everywhere, at all levels.  It's one of the all-time great pop tunes, introduced in the 1970s by "The Hollies" and recorded by countless artists since.  Mark Hayes has realized its full potential for today's choirs in an arrangement that will bring tears to everyone's eyes.
