Publisher Desc.
Antonin Dvorak was a leading exponent of the nationalist movement in what at one time was called Czechoslovakia. Folk influences are often found in his music with striking distinctive character. The GYPSY MELODIES, Opus 55 were originally written for accompanied voice and included dance elements of ethnic origin.
