Publisher Desc.  Program Note This is a work I wrote for my Army band. It features many great melodies for the horn section, and an interesting modulation into the parallel minor at the trio. A carefully crafted percussion part also includes a role for the whistle and wood block. It is written in the style of many of John Philip Sousa's marches. Trombones are invited to stand at the grandioso strain (measure 84, 2nd time).
