Publisher Desc.  Gliding is a very advanced piano piece. The right hand is an almost continuous arpeggiated pattern. For the most part the melody is contained in the left hand. The middle section is a lovely Latin surprise...a tango. This again reverts to the beginning pattern of arpeggiated passages until the end. This piece would be equivalent to approximately Grade 9 of the Royal Conservatory of Music level. Piano teachers have used this piece for themselves and for advanced students at recitals because the piece is very showy and different.
