Publisher Desc.  "Bring That Swing!" Has been painstakingly designed to be a great introduction to Jazz, Swing Style, and Jazz Improvisation, but it also contains enough challenges, both in the Tier 3 parts and deeper improv study, for more experienced students if you have them in the same group. It has three tiers of parts, VE / E / 1.5 (optional), for all of your regular band instruments and includes easy-to-follow Improv Guides and mp3 practice tracks for introducing swing style and building improv confidence. The rhythm section can be as little as Piano Tier 1 (with chords in the RH and a simple walking bass line in the left) and one drummer on a drum set or 2-6 drummers on individual instruments (plus three tiers of mallet percussion), but there are also three tiers of Guitar, Piano, Bass, and Drums, starting with first experiences and building to the kind of "slash" parts typical for more advanced students. A wind reference score with all of the wind parts is also included.)
