This spirited winner of the 2021 Into the Forest Bell Tree Composition Contest uses one 3-5 octave set of handbells and one 3-5 octave set of handchimes, with no duplicate bells needed for the bell tree part. Perfect for a bell tree ringer with basic bell tree experience who desires a bit of a challenge, as it is recommended that the bell tree part be memorized. Much of the handbell choir accompaniment is played on chimes, supporting a bright and cheerful bell tree solo. A great festival opener, this piece is also lots of fun to play!
