This work was written so that the percussion section would have a constant presence throughout while being achievable in a short amount of time. The colors of the percussion section give this a unique sound and an equal voice with the other instruments, all while not turning the piece into a percussion feature. The forward-moving energy is fueled by the juxtaposition of syncopation and melody, adding complexity. Each set comes with a printed and bound score and includes individual parts in PDF format for printing or for tablet viewing.
