With an original poem by Sensei Kazuaki Tanahashi in both Japanese and English, this meditative piece uses ideas from Zen practice to focus on the heart and mind through music. Using repetition like a mantra, repeated phrases and melodies overlap in a mixed-meter setting which gives it a free-flowing feel.
